Special Canadian-style cake, with a mixture of French and English cultures. Filled with three layers of chocolate sponge cake, and a cream cheese with honey, brown sugar and chopped cookie. Decorated with rosettes of the same cream cheese, chocolate coating tears and Red Velvet sponge crumbs.
